1. Online-Lab Rental Information

* Network Force Labs are based in New York & using New York Local Time - EST - Eastern Standard Time which is GMT -5 (or GMT -4 for DST - Daylight Savings Time during Summer) * To compare your own local time with New York local time, please click here.

1.1 Online-Lab Access Pricing

1.1.1 Remote Lab Access via Internet Telnet is sold in 6 hours time blocks (described as "time slots" or "lab sessions").

1.1.2 Everyday low pricing is available at .

1.2 Both of the Regular Price & the Promotional Auction Price are considered to be well below the true market value for a fully-equipped comprehensive CCIE/CCxx Online-Labs like ours.

1.3 The price may be changed at anytime and does not include any lab exam scenarios, hints or exam supports. It is simply an Online-Lab rental. Our lab practice scenarios are sold separately. (Contact us for supports on hardware problems during the Online-Lab session. All devices are tested and proved to be in great working condition.)


2. Online-Lab Scheduling & Ordering Procedures

2.1 Step 1 - Find out the available Online Lab Sessions (time slots) at (lab schedule is automatically updated in real time).

2.2 Step 2 - Please pay attention to the time difference if you are not in the same time zone as ours - EST New York Local Time. Please refer to Section 1 of this page for more details on time conversion due to time zone difference.

2.3 Step 3 - Make online payment by clicking the "BUY NOW" buttons at to finish the transaction using Master/Visa/Discover/American Express Credit Cards.

2.4 Step 4 - To avoid any unnecessary troubles in the lab, please read through all the details of  The Remote Lab Access Instructions and check-out the latest instruction updates prior to your lab time.

3. Online-Lab Re-scheduling & Cancellation Rules

3.1 Rule 1 - After paid, a scheduled remote practice lab session can NOT be cancelled or refunded under the normal circumstances (to avoid administrative overheads). And your time slot reservations are totally based on your own time availability & preference when making selections.

3.2 Rule 2 - A paid lab can be re-scheduled to a different time / date ONLY IF your re-scheduling request is submitted to us 3 days ahead of the scheduled lab date. Lab re-scheduling must be based on availability.

3.3 Rule 3 - If you think a cancellation/refund is a MUST, we will try to be flexible on reasonable reasons ONLY IF your cancellation/refund request is submitted to us 3 days ahead of the scheduled lab date. As we rely on third-party payment processing companies (i.e. Paypal.com) to accept your online payments, certain small amount of transaction fees may be charged (that will not be refundable) by said third-party firms when refunds are requested after certain period of time. (i.e. Paypal.com allows a full refund ONLY IF your refund is requested within some short period of time (a grace period for refunds) after the original payment date. The transaction fees will not be refunded by Paypal.com after their grace period is over.

3.4 Rule 4 - Rules are subject to change without prior notice. Network Force also reserves the right to cancel any paid or unpaid lab schedule at anytime if necessary or in case of an emergency. Payment will be fully refunded or a lab will be re-scheduled under such circumstances.
